Overview
Code3 Motor Pool Corporation is a privately held Canadian company based in Toronto. Code3 Motor Pool is partially owned by a multi-million dollar transportation company that through its automotive brokerage company, provides the Code3 Motor Pool with the ability to offer our clients vehicles that are 4 years old or newer, as well as the purchasing power and capital resources to provide our clients with whatever vehicles they seek, including make, model and color.
And although we specialize in emergency, standard and performance picture vehicles, we are in the unique position to offer our clients vehicles manufactured throughout the world, from harvesters and motor homes, to racing cars and garbage trucks.
Code3 Motor Pool is divided into three divisions, each specializing in the key areas of the picture vehicle industry. Emergency Motor Pool specializes and are experts in emergency vehicles of every type. The General Motor Pool offers a variety of standard production vehicles to the production industry, whereas the Performance Motor Pool provides a variety of luxury and high performance automobiles.
Hollywood Relationships
Through strong relationships with all the major movie studios, television networks, record labels, theme parks, film and television production companies, talent agencies and talent management companies, Code3 Motor Pool has access to the inside track on productions taking place in the United States and Canada.
Members of management group at Code3 Motor Pool have worked with the major Hollywood filmed entertainment companies including Fox Entertainment Group, Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Inc., Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal Studios, Walt Disney Company, Warner Brothers Studios, DreamWorks SKG, RKO Pictures, and Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. In addition to the film studios, management has also worked with the major television networks including NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, HBO, The WB, CBC and CTV, as well as with record labels such as Sony Music, Universal Music Group, Columbia Records, Warner/Elektra/Atlantic Corporation, Jive Records and others.
In addition to working with the film, television and music companies, members of the Code3 Motor Pool executive team have held management positions and been responsible for: the build out of HMV Music Stores across Canada; the launch and growth of Paramount Canada's Wonderland theme park in Toronto; the management of corporate entertainment marketing at ICM Talent Agency, Hollywood's largest talent agency; the management of corporate sports marketing at IMG Sports Management Agency, the world's largest athlete representation and sports event management company; the development of corporate advertising at Havas Vickers & Benson Advertising, the world's fourth largest advertising conglomerate; the build out of AMC Theatres in Canada, the world's fourth largest movie theatre circuit; launch and growth of Salomon Brother's Canadian operation; the creation and launch of Cornerstone Capital Partners, a Toronto and New York based Merchant Bank; the creation and growth of Totalline Transport into one of Canada's leading shipping and warehousing companies; and the creation and development of a vehicle brokerage business.

Code3 Motor Pool has assembled a cohesive, progressive, experienced, accomplished, young, dynamic, aggressive and effective team of professionals in the four cornerstones of the business namely: business management; marketing; vehicle sales, leasing, rentals and transportation; and finance. The company's management includes: Harry Peckham, Uwe Petroschke and John Caliendo.
